Before starting this firm, she represented individuals under investigation and/or being prosecuted for white-collar offenses in both federal and state court. Prior to that, as a deputy public defender, Ms. Patterson defended individuals charged with serious felonies and misdemeanors including, DUIs, drugs, murder, rape, child molestation, and domestic violence. She also represented individuals who were being held under California's Sexually Violent Predator statutes. Attorney Patterson assists clients in obtaining probation modifications, reduction to misdemeanors, expungements and pardons.
