26 year old Samual Alexander Webster has been arrested.  He is accused of killing Devin Lamarr Johnson in Logan Heights on December 10.  Logan was shot in the back and neck while walking down the street during a drive by shooting.  He died the following day at a hospital.  The accused was leaving a motel in Ventura County when he was arrested.  Detectives have not divulged a motive for the shooting or how Webster was located.
