With daughters playing water polo and soccer, I have spent a lot of time this month watching children be coached and play games. Both of their coaches emphasize constant communication: call out when you are open and tell someone if there is a mismatch. I noticed how much more success their teams have when they communicate. Watching them is a constant reminder to talk to my colleagues, clients, friends and family members openly and often.
