SAN DIEGO -- San Diego police have shot to death a woman they say held a knife to the neck of another woman in a Mira Mesa home.
Police say officers answering a report of elder abuse heard screaming when they went to the home late Wednesday night.
Capt.
Jim Collins says officers forced their way inside and saw a woman of
about 40 holding a knife to the neck of a woman of about 60.
